These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and OÜ TSOD. The service is intended for users in the European Union. By accessing or using Habitslide, you agree to these Terms.

Habitslide is a habit tracking and self-reflection tool. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of outcomes.

You must be at least 16 years old and located in the European Union to use Habitslide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unlawful purposes.
• Abuse the service or attempt to disrupt other users.
• Access, scrape, or reverse engineer the service or its data.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.

You retain ownership of your content and habit data. You grant OÜ TSOD a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the service.

Habitslide does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Any information or insights are for general self-reflection only.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uptime or the continued availability of any feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OÜ TSOD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Habitslide.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under EU law or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Habitslide is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or availability.

You may stop using Habitslide at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, legal, or misuse reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. EU consumers may bring claims in their country of residence when required by EU consumer law.
